1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between crikrx ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the crikrx website, mobile interface, betting services, casino products, or any associated features. These Terms apply in full from the moment you register a crikrx account.

By accessing crikrx and using any of its services — including cricket sports betting, live casino games, slot titles, fishing game products, deposit and withdrawal features, and promotional programmes — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you accept them unconditionally. If at any point you disagree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the crikrx platform and contact support to close your account.

crikrx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the crikrx platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside the crikrx Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Age Verification

All players must be 18 years of age or older to register and use the crikrx platform. During the Know Your Customer (KYC) process — which is completed before any withdrawal is released — players are required to submit valid identity documentation confirming their date of birth. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed without delay, and any funds held in that account will be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable policy.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Eligibility

crikrx is an international online gambling platform. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the crikrx platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. crikrx does not make any representation that the use of its services is legal in any particular country or territory. By registering and using crikrx, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active crikrx account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or via different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, crikrx reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold winnings derived from bonus funds until a full review is completed.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register a crikrx account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information current and to update it promptly if any details change. crikrx reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any information provided at registration at any time.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crikrx account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted via your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you formally notify crikrx support of any unauthorised access. crikrx strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features available on your account.

3.3 KYC and Identity Verification

crikrx operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. Before processing any withdrawal, crikrx may require you to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method (a screenshot of the bKash, Nagad, or other wallet from which deposits were made). Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

3.4 Accurate Information Obligation

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, or ongoing account management process is a material breach of these Terms. crikrx reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account where inaccurate information is discovered, and to void any bets or winnings associated with that account pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

crikrx accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed from time to time at the platform's discretion. All transactions on the crikrx platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your crikrx account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. Deposits via Rocket and Upay follow similar processing times, though delays may occasionally occur due to network conditions outside crikrx's control. Visa and Mastercard deposits are subject to standard card processing timelines. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method — current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the crikrx payments team following completion of KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request approval, subject to the completion of any applicable security checks. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible. crikrx does not charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which crikrx bears no responsibility.

4.4 Restrictions on Deposits

You may only deposit funds into your crikrx account from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or associates — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the crikrx platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC bilateral series, and matches involving the Bangladesh Tigers — is subject to the crikrx Cricket Betting Rules, which detail how markets are settled in the event of interruptions, abandonments, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applications, and other match-affecting events.

crikrx reserves the right to void any bet where it is determined that an error in the odds was posted — including palpable errors — or where there is reasonable evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised. Bet settlement decisions made by crikrx are final once the relevant settlement period has elapsed.

5.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected cricket matches and other sporting events. Once a live bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The odds displayed at the moment of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted. crikrx operates with a short delay on live streams to prevent exploitation of broadcast advantages; bets placed on events where the outcome is already determined at the time of placement will be voided.

5.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games available on crikrx — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, as well as slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-dealer protocols as appropriate. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is as published by the relevant game provider. crikrx does not modify or override game RTP settings.

5.4 Fishing Games

Pirate Fishing and Fisher Game are arcade-style skill-influenced games available on the crikrx platform. These games operate under their respective game provider rules. Players acknowledge that fishing game outcomes involve both a skill component and a random element, and that no strategy guarantees a positive outcome. Game results are determined by certified software; crikrx does not intervene in individual game outcomes.

5.5 Prohibited Betting Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crikrx platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Placing bets using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools not authorised by crikrx.
• Exploiting technical errors, odds mis-postings, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino or multi-player game environments.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same outcome across multiple accounts (arbitrage betting via multiple accounts).
• Using funds deposited from third-party payment sources to place bets.

Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, all associated winnings voided, and outstanding balances withheld pending investigation. crikrx cooperates fully with relevant authorities in cases involving fraud, match manipulation, or other criminal conduct.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

crikrx offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms and conditions as published on the relevant promotion page. In all cases where specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms take precedence for the matter in question.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses issued on the crikrx platform are subject to wagering requirements. This means that the bonus amount — and in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount — must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal of associated funds can be requested. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games contribution percentages, and time limits for completion are detailed in the specific terms of each individual promotion.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Repeat bonus claims using multiple accounts, or by reopening a previously closed account, are not permitted. crikrx reserves the right to deny a bonus claim or withdraw a bonus at any time where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or conduct inconsistent with genuine player activity.

6.4 Promotional Changes

crikrx reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion and have begun meeting the applicable wagering requirements will be given reasonable notice of any material changes affecting them.

7. Responsible Gaming

crikrx is firmly committed to responsible gambling. The platform recognises that the vast majority of players enjoy gambling as a leisure activity without negative consequences, but acknowledges that a minority of players may be at risk of developing problematic gambling behaviour. crikrx has implemented a range of tools and policies to support all players in maintaining control of their gambling activity.

7.1 Player-Controlled Limits

All registered crikrx players may set the following limits directly from their account settings panel at any time: deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits), loss limits (maximum loss thresholds over defined periods), and session time limits (automatic logout after a specified duration of continuous play). Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before they become active.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Any crikrx player who feels that gambling may be negatively affecting their life may request a voluntary self-exclusion at any time by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion can be applied for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be restricted from all deposits, betting, and gaming activity. 7.3 Age Restriction Enforcement

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any player may request to close their crikrx account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed back to the player's verified payment method. Accounts with pending bets will be settled before closure is completed.

8.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

crikrx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information at registration or during KYC.
• Engagement in prohibited betting conduct as described in Section 5.5.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction activity.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual.
• Underage gambling or evidence that the registered player is under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, crikrx reserves the right to withhold any balance — including both deposits and winnings — pending a full investigation. The outcome of such investigations is final and binding.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no bet placement). crikrx will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy-related administrative fee. If the account remains inactive and the balance falls to zero, the account may be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by contacting support before closure.

8.4 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute between a player and crikrx, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with the crikrx support team. crikrx will respond to all formal dispute submissions within 14 business days. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal dispute resolution process may seek independent review through relevant international alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, crikrx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, server outages, third-party payment provider errors, or changes to game availability. crikrx's aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
